yigufabahira.mobi reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

7. Payment Terms

In no event shall yigufabahira.mobi’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. yigufabahira.mobi may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations.
